Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order or any item in your order, till the item is not shipped by horecacart.com . In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Return & Refunds
In case you are not satisfied with a product you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the point of delivery, if not satisfied the goods should be returned at the time of delivery itself.
Goods once delivered will not be taken back unless the product is damaged, expired, or faulty. Our supply team checks the quality of all ordered products before dispatched. Products purchased on horecacart.com can be returned as per below only if unopened and in resalable condition.
